We at Contract Cleaner Supplies strive to ensure your orders are accurate and timely placed. All orders submitted via our website before 3pm EST Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day, otherwise orders will ship the next business day.
Our free shipping policy applies to qualifying orders only. Qualifying orders are: orders totaling $75.00 USD or more and are shipped to a location within the 48 continental U.S. States. Items qualifyiing for free shipping will be shipped by UPS Ground, unless freight delivery is required, then item will be shipped by freight cartage. Freight shipments to residential adresses are subject to a residential delivery fee. Any costs incurred from special or unusual delivery circumstances, ie; residential delivery, lift gate, etc. are the responsibility of the customer. In the event a delivery is refused for reasons other than damage, the customer will be responsible for ALL shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee. Any orders not qualifying for free shipping must pay shipping charges.
Out Of Stock Items
Out of stock items will be shipped when the item is available. In the event an out of stock item has been ordered, we will contact you to inform you of this and, when to expect delivery. You will be given the opportunity to change/cancel the order at this time.
Alaska Hawaii International Orders

Returned Merchandise Authorization
All returns must be accompanied by a Returned Merchandise Authorization number, (RMA#). You must first obtain an RMA# from us before returning any items. You may contact us either by email, telephone, or in writing to obtain an RMA#. Any returns not accompanied with an RMA# will be denied.
- An RMA# must be obtained prior to returning items
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- items returned for reasons other than damaged, missing parts, or wrong order are subject to a 25% restocking fee and return shipping charges.
- Items that are damaged, missing parts or are the wrong order must be reported within 72 hours of receiving them.
- Custom built items are non-refundable unless defective.
- Items must be in as new condition and returned in their original packaging with all hardware, accessories, and documentation. If item was shipped in damage protective materials, ie: bubble wrap or styrofoam, then it must be shipped in the same packaging to guard against damage.
- If an item's delivery is refused or address is undeliverable, then you will be responsible for all shipping charges
- We will not accept returns of items for damages sustained during shipping. In the event this would occur, you must contact the shipping/cartage company within 24 hours of receiving the item(s).
- For returns in which Contract Cleaner Supplies it at fault, we will provide shipping on our account. In this case returned items must be shipped via UPS Ground or UPS Freight, whichever is required by the items size and weight.
